The Good Neighbour Project

Brief

To redesign a local charity website for the fantastic team at The Good Neighbour Project, based in Tunbridge Wells. The charity provides fitness classes and a friendly face to elderly citizens. The charity also needed an identity for their fitness and 'falls prevention classes'.

Result

The team were quite open as to the direction that I could take with the project. The charity were quite open as to what could be created. I chose to focus on the theme of the house, which acted as a metaphor for the charity. The triangular component pieces represent the elderly participants coming together, to enjoy each others company, and live a more fulfilling life.

VAWK 50th Anniversary Rebrand

Brief

'Voluntary Action Within Kent' (VAWK) are a local charity who requested a special redesign of their corporate logo to celebrate their 50th Anniversary in 2014. The brief was fairly open as to the clients desires, however, the logo needed to be functional, as it would be a straight replacement for 12 months of their current design.

Result

2 designs were chosen from the 3 that were presented, which was fantastic, the first was a simple rework from their original design, referencing period typography. The second design was loosely themed around a badge, suggesting a mark of achievement, looking forward to the next 50 years!
